Engagement
How we work together
Assessment on your own tag list, a pilot on one plant with your operators, then rollout to every site — with your people, at the plant’s pace, and no long-term contract until the pilot has been seen working.

01
Three steps, in order
Utilities buy on trust and procurement fit, not on a slide deck. So the engagement is built to be checked at every step, and each step produces something you keep whether or not you continue.
01 · Weeks
Assessment
We start from your own tag list and your permit. In a few weeks you have a picture of your plant as a system — sites, areas, equipment, the instruments that matter to compliance — and a written view of what IntelH2O would change for your operations, compliance and maintenance staff. You keep the assessment either way.
02 · One plant
Pilot
One plant, your operators, live data from your own instruments. The pilot is run against your alarms, your month-end report and your maintenance backlog, with your people on the screens, so the decision to continue is made on what you saw rather than on what you were told.
03 · Every site
Rollout
Every site, in the order that suits the utility, with training for each role and the plan sized to what you actually have. Your staff run it; IntelH2O operates the platform and stays reachable.
02
What we ask of you
Less than you might expect. The people who know the plant, a tag list, and the permit.
- A tag list from your SCADA or historian — however it comes out. It is where the assessment starts.
- Your permit and your current report, so the pilot’s month end is measured against the real thing.
- An hour with each role: the operator on shift, the person who signs the report, the technician with the calibration schedule, and whoever answers for IT.
- A place for a small gateway in the plant network — a small industrial PC or a virtual machine that you provide — or nothing at all where the data is already in the cloud.
03
What you can expect of us
- Plain language. We describe what the system does in the words of your documentation and ours, and we promise only what we can show.
- Your data stays yours. It is kept in your own compartment from the first day of the pilot, and you can have it back, in full, whenever you leave.
- Demonstrations are given in person, by the founder, who built the platform, on your questions. There is no self-serve trial, because a plant is not a form.
See it on your own terms.
