01
Month end, from the record
The report is generated from the same measurements the plant ran on, checked against the permit, in the plant’s own time zone, and filed with a signature — rather than copied into a template by hand.
- Every exceedance carries its evidence: the samples, the corrections and the alarms of that day travel with the row.
- Corrections leave a trail. When a number was wrong, the correction is recorded with who made it and why, and the report it fed is flagged until it is regenerated; the version that was filed is kept as it was.
- An instrument check that fails says what it touched — which readings, which days, and which filed reports — so the question a manager asks first is answered first.
- The record is kept for at least seven years, longer where your regulator requires it, and nobody’s setting can shorten it.
- Sharing with a regulator or a consultant is a scoped, revocable feed of the measurements you choose, not an afternoon of exports.

What the person who signs gets
A report they can defend line by line, a corrections history they did not have to reconstruct, and a month end without the retyping.
